| Tasting | Resolutely greedy, turned towards the fruit, the nose reveals generous aromas of wax, stewed fruit and quince. The attack in the mouth is frank, straightforward, then the generosity of the candied fruit returns with notes of almond pear. The freshness of the Champagne chalk comes through with hints of orange zest and peel. The length in the mouth is impressive with a slight saline touch.
