This cuvée is made only from the first press and only in the best years. It is a vintage but not claimed, a blend of equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir for a balance between finesse and richness.

| Tasting | A first fat and very aromatic nose with aromas of pastry and custard, then fresh lemon and delicate flowers. The palate has a wonderful balance between the freshness of the Chardonnay and the roundness of the Pinot Noir. The aromas of marzipan and pastry blend perfectly with the notes of fresh and candied citrus. Good fresh length with very light tannins on the finish. An aperitif champagne of course, but will be the ideal partner for a trout or a monkfish |
