Description
Created in 1684, first as a still wine and then in 1929 as Champagne, this small estate has 4 hectares of vineyards on only 18 parcels. This cuvée from an atypical vintage with a late harvest (October) is of rare elegance, with a fruity and subtle aroma.

Tasting | The nose develops aromas of white flowers (hawthorn, lime), warm brioche, butter, lemon, chalk and vanilla. The wonderfully balanced palate combines freshness with mentholated flavours and the greediness of yellow fruits (peach). Aromas of liquorice complete this palette in an elegant and long palate, with a saline finish. A mature Champagne for the aperitif or to accompany fresh cheeses. |
