Tasting | The well-balanced nose is very expressive with floral notes (white flowers, acacia, lemongrass), quince aromas and a touch of mushroom. A frank attack in the mouth, a vinous Champagne where one can feel the reserve wines with a nice return of the nose on floral flavours and a generous fruitiness (candied fruits, plum, pear, red currant). An expressive and slightly evolved finish with notes of toast and liquorice. Champagne for aperitif or to accompany red meat. |
