The nose of this cuvée is very expressive and full of fruit. We find notes of small red berries but also of strawberry or raspberry. On the second nose we find spices, notes of stewed fruit and an impression of sweetness. The attack in the mouth is lively, followed by a good development in the mouth. We find notes of red fruits which give this champagne a greediness as well as a fried aspect. The finish of this champagne is vinous with tannic notes which gives it substance. A gourmet Champagne for the aperitif or to be reserved for a fruity dessert like a strawberry salad or a strawberry tart.
