Made exclusively from the Grands Crus and Premier Crus of Mesnil sur Oger, Mailly, Mareuil, Rilly la Montagne and Bisseuil, this extra brut has been aged for 5 years on laths. Without malolactic fermentation, it benefits from a “petite mousse” bottling, i.e. with a lower pressure (4.5 bars instead of the usual 7 bars in champagne) which gives it its fine and delicate effervescence.
