This 1990 vintage was made by sourcing only from 7 Grand Cru villages, 1 Premier Cru village and 1 Cru village. This vintage has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation. Remarkably well-balanced, the 1990 vintage displays spicy honey notes and candied fruit flavours. A collector’s wine par excellence, but above all a vintage with exceptional ageing potential.

To accompany a sweet and salty Asian cuisine, pork with caramel for example. |
