Description
This 1992 vintage was made by sourcing only from 5 Grand Cru villages, 1 Premier Cru village and 1 Cru village. This vintage has the particularity of not having undergone malolactic fermentation. This predominantly Chardonnay wine is characterised by a beautiful acidity and a magnificent aromatic complexity. It has iodine notes and candied fruit flavours that are perfect with seafood.

An amateur aperitif in small groups or to be reserved with beautiful seafood such as lobster or crayfish. |
