Billecart-Salmon’s Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes from the five great growths of the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. From 33 to 40% reserve wines and maturation on the lees in the cellar for 4 to 5 years gives it a perfect balance between delicacy and elegance with a tight mineral finish.
