The balance of a tension achieved by the blossoming of the wine (fresh yellow raspberry, fresh quince, honeyed biscuits and lemon caviar) symbolised by the conduct of noble flavours (fresh fig, liquorice and cherry). A texture with a personality asserted by its chalky imprint as well as an incredible power, controlled by its low, totally integrated dosage. The rare complexity of the finish evolves into notes of toast and bergamot. This great vintage is deep, taut and mineral, characterised by an elegant vinosity, and will reveal the flavours of a beautiful lemon sole or a delicious milk-fed veal chop with chanterelles.
