It is dominated by praline notes of lightly roasted dried fruits such as almonds, dried dates or roasted chestnuts, then refined by a floral touch. The palate has character and balance. It confirms in particular a remarkable vinosity for this exceptional champagne. A champagne to be enjoyed with a nice braised beef rib. |
