Tasting | A powerful, rich nose with very pronounced notes of red fruit (strawberry), a touch of spice, dried fruit and then notes of kirsch. The attack in the mouth is frank but without aggressiveness. It takes the taster on a vinous and fruity matter with a first attack on strawberry flavours, the second on tobacco. The finish is long and persistent with a mineral texture, signature of the limestone terroir. As an aperitif with foie gras or truffle toast or at the table with poularde aux morilles or cheese |
