At the very beginning one can detect the apple aromas typical of organic wines but this disappears very quickly with aeration and pretty aromas of crunchy fruit, grapefruit, almond and brioche appear. The nose is in constant evolution with aeration. On the palate, the attack is well balanced, one does not feel the absence of dosage. The wine is very pleasant with its fresh fruit and brioche flavours. Good minerality with notes of orange zest and peppermint. A very slightly evolved finish that leaves a discreet bitterness and a slight fatness. A nice wine to accompany oysters, caviar or sushi.
