A selection of 35 plots of old vines over 30 years old, this non-dosed wine is made with 40% reserve wine kept in the solera method and aged in the bottle for a minimum of 5 years, giving us a Champagne whose balance between freshness and maturity blends into a structured, elegant and lively whole.

| Tasting | The initially fresh and discreet nose quickly leads us to aromas of grapefruit and white-fleshed fruits (pear, apple). On the palate, a nice balance between freshness and maturity. The attack is frank then one feels a beautiful volume in mouth with pretty aromas of white fruits. The finish lingers on toasty, spicy and mineral notes. Aperitif champagne, it will go well with seafood or sushi. |
