| Tasting | A white wine with a typical nose of broom and white flowers. Then comes the more pronounced aromas of white flesh fruits (apple, pear, peach). The palate is elegant and well blended, combining vivacity and roundness. The aromas of the nose come out well in the mouth. The finish is very long and aromatic while still retaining a good freshness. A great champagne to be shared as an aperitif to make the most of its aromatic range or to be served with turbot and its butter sauce. |
