| Tasting | A frank and muscular nose with aromas of honey and candied fruits. With aeration, subtle notes of butter and brioche combined with a beautiful minerality. In the mouth it is rather fresh, slightly tense, mineral but with an explosion of tertiary flavour. We find notes of honey, then mushroom and candied fruits like quince. For the aperitif with some toast of foie gras, truffles or will not be afraid of a nice piece of grilled beef or small game. |
