Tasting | Fresh nose, abundant on the small red fruits, then with the aeration the yellow fruits, a smoked point. A full wine, with flesh, it is ripe, crisp, there is volume and a nice tension. A very consensual champagne in the good sense of the word, ideal as an aperitif or at the table with a baked bar. It is really very good, fresh and accessible. |
