The first olfaction reveals rich impressions of dried fruit cookies, almond/hazelnut cookies. Beyond and more in internal axis, are defined more root elements: green anise, fennel, mixed with a wet stony trajectory, coppery and metallic. In the interval between the case and the thorn, the incoming oxygen offers a release of syrupy, liquor-like essences: Limoncello, acacia syrup. The fragrances are gradually tinted and the wine goes through the seasons until autumn and its mushrooms, cigar and blond tobacco. The perception of mouth is oiled, one distinguishes again the fat of hazelnut, a very fine and defined saline abyss. In successive layers of this abrupt, powdery and very pronounced inner energy are illustrated in the end support: blond caramel, autumnal woody, dried leaves then forest brown mushrooms. The great bitters magnify the finale.
