The caudalie, in oenology, is a unit of measurement that expresses the duration of expression of the wine’s aromas in the mouth. It is measured after swallowing or spitting out the wine during tasting. This white wine, made from vines over 60 years old, vinified entirely in oak barrels and blended with half the perpetual reserve, is a very generous and powerful wine with a remarkable length in the mouth. This vintage has not stolen its name!

It is a great wine that will delight lovers of refined and aromatic dishes, accompanying caviars, a turbo and its beurre blanc sauce or mature cheeses. |
