Description

This champagne is a terroir wine par excellence. From a locality in Avize, “Les Hauts Nemery”, the vines are 80 years old on average and are worked by moderate ploughing in order to maintain the rhizomes between the soil fungi and the roots of the plant. These links are called mycorrhiza. The wine is made only in barrel and blended at a rate of 25% with a perpetual reserve.
