On the nose, there are beautiful aromas of white flowers, notably acacia flower, typical of Mesnil. On the palate, there is a nice salinity, grapefruit notes, while the brioche side should become more assertive with time. There was no need to put this wine on the market earlier, it has just begun a long career and if one wishes more complexity, one will not hesitate to keep it longer: it still has a lot to offer.
