Champagne DEUTZ Rosé Millésime 2013 Brut
The specificity of the style and colour of the wine is due to the addition – during the blending – of 7% of red wine made by Deutz from parcels of old vines from the Côte d’Aÿ: “La Pelle”, and parcels from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ: “Cumaine” and “Charmont”.
20% Chardonnay, 80% Pinot Noir
The nose is delicate with fruity, fine and racy aromas that invite you to taste it with great savoir-vivre. Subtle notes of red fruits: strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry intermingle without one taking precedence over the others; they cohabit to sublimate each other. In a perfect sequence, the attack is frank, tonic and supple, giving way to a mouth full of subtlety and tension. The aromatic complexity of this cuvée is not long in coming, combining freshness and finesse, with notes of greedy fruits perceived at the olfactory stage (strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry…) forming a silky and tasty texture. The smooth finish is elegant and delicate.
