Champagne DOM PERIGNON Millésime 1978 Brut
1 in stock
An average year, although some wines proved to be excellent, such as Dom Pérignon, thanks to a very rigorous selection of grapes.
Pinot Noir – Pinot Meunier – Chardonnay
The nose is fresh, crystalline and sharp. The first nose evokes an aquatic plant world with notes of white pepper and gardenia. As the wine matures, it gives off a certain sweetness and lightness and then evokes peaty accents. In the mouth, the attack is immediate. Aromas of anise and ginger gradually mingle with fleshier fruits such as pear and mango. The finish is long, ripe and well balanced. It is a full-bodied and fruity wine without excess, with sufficient acidity to keep it fresh for a long time and ensure that it keeps well. To be enjoyed peacefully.
