The nose is primarily mineral, fresh with an elegant floral presence and a hint of citrus. The bubbles are extremely fine on the palate revealing a satiny and vibrant structure. The wine offers a nice creamy texture and we discover mineral and fruity notes. Nice length on the mineral which makes the mouth salivate and calls for another glass.
