Description
Les Coullemets” is the new plot-based, pure Chardonnay champagne from Le Mesnil sur Oger, created by Élise Bougy. Historically, this parcel belonged to Élise’s grandmother, Marie-Louise MORISET, and benefits from a pure chalk terroir, giving it the minerality and tension characteristic of this Grand Cru. The wine was vinified in 600-litre demi-muids for 15 months. On the basis of the 2021 harvest, a controlled oxidation has slowly developed thanks to ageing under cork.
