This cuvée comes from the “Le Murtet” parcel, planted half a century ago on the Massif de Saint Thierry terroir, and is cultivated biodynamically. The blending is done at the press to bring symbiosis and cohesion. It is then vinified and aged in demi-muids with batonnage on fruit and flower days. This container brings a certain opulence while preserving the minerality and lightness of the wine, without marking it with wood.
