The nose is fine and elegant with notes of white flowers (acacia, orange). It evolves on fresh fruit and citrus, peach, lychee and grapefruit. The palate is fresh, supple and generous. We find the spring scents perceived on the nose, accompanied by some saline notes. The freshly cut fruit aromas are integrated into a smooth and tasty blend. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with sushi or raw salmon.
