| Tasting | The nose has delicate aromas of white fruit, yellow fruit and rhubarb which are enhanced by floral and finely spiced notes. The mouth is lively on the attack. The Champagne reveals itself to be rich and ample on a floral register, toasted notes enhanced by a touch of liquorice. The finish is lively and the freshness is reinforced by fresh citrus aromas (lemon, grapefruit). A beautiful Champagne for the aperitif or to accompany beautiful fish with a butter sauce. |
