Description
This is a highly confidential wine that connoisseurs will snap up without a moment’s hesitation. A blanc de noirs pur cru Chervey made by Charles Dufour for his mother Françoise Martinot. It is made exclusively from Pinot Noir carefully grown using traditional and organic methods. Vinification is 50% in barrel, with little intervention to let the fruit express itself. The minerality and noble acidity typical of the region’s wines are balanced by lovely fruit.

Tasting | The nose explodes with pronounced aromas of fresh fruit, blackberry, blackcurrant and strawberry. The balance is achieved by a great minerality that supports the wine and its aromas. On the palate, the attack is initially lively and very fresh, before developing the fruity aromas of the nose. The whole is powerful and very rich. A special cuvée and Champagne to be enjoyed by connoisseurs for new sensations as an aperitif or at the table with grilled beef. |
