| Tasting | A very delicate and fruity nose on citrus fruits (grapefruit, lemon) combined with exotic fruits (pineapple). The attack in the mouth is frank, we find the finesse of the Chardonnay but with a lot of character due to the Ay terroir. Citrus aromas mingle with white flower aromas. The finish is long with tangerine flavours. This Champagne is to be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif for its aromatic richness or at the table with a fine fish such as turbot. |
