On the nose, an enveloping and flattering bouquet of a complex palette of red fruit, honey and gingerbread aromas. The palate is airy, lively and nervous. Very fresh, it imposes greedy flavours of strawberries, redcurrants, almonds, punctuated by notes of fragrant flowers such as peony. Good balance and a lingering finish. As an aperitif with foie gras or by its power it will be remarkable with a poularde de Bresse with morels.
