On the nose, a great purity emerges, giving way to scents of hops, cereal like an ear of wheat, and lavender. Superb scents of delicate vanilla, cappuccino and sensual sweetness complete this olfactory sense. On the palate, an obvious minerality gives way to an earthy side of germinated barley, blond tobacco and whisky cask. A suave Champagne, with great sapidity and incredible freshness. The great amateurs will appreciate this Champagne Millésimé as an aperitif. But this great wine can be paired with a truffle and parmesan risotto or a superb piece of beef just grilled.
