Tasting | The nose is extremely aromatic, powerful and complex. Fragrances of gingerbread, honey, ripe fruit, fig and pear battle against a beautiful minerality. The attack in the mouth is very well controlled with a balance between minerality and an explosion of aromas (gingerbread, honey, fig, quince…). The whole is unctuous, very vinous and aromatic with a very elegant, mineral finish, a chalky touch that makes you want to go back into the glass. A tonic aperitif Champagne or at the table to accompany a pan-fried foie gras or a beautiful poularde. |
