Champagne GOSSET Celebris Rosé 2007 Extra Brut



Traditional vinification and maturation on lees to avoid premature oxidation. Blended rosé made from 7% pinot noir vinified in red. Malolactic fermentation is carefully avoided in order to preserve the natural fruity aroma of the wines and to ensure perfect conservation. Extra-brut dosage (5 g/l) to maintain the balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity without masking the wine’s character and purity. Aged for at least 10 years in the cellar to obtain a complex and fruity wine.
