| Tasting | From the first nose, the wine is very expressive with notes of flowers and pear. White pepper flavours and a slight smokiness follow. The palate is round and consistent with aromas of plums and dried fruits. The finish allows the expression of Chardonnay and chalk through refreshing bitters and notes of orange peel. We recommend that you drink this wine between 10 and 12°C, in fairly rounded glasses, with a salmon carpaccio or a sea bass tartar. |
