Tasting | The first nose is delicate, with nuances of spring flowers. Lilac, lily of the valley and blueberries with their apricot tones can be perceived in turn. As it warms up, the expression becomes more vinous and fruity but retains its magnificent freshness, as evidenced by the scent of rosewater and pink grapefruit. It is a nose of rare subtlety. The attack in the mouth is caressing then the wine expresses itself with delicacy. The wine's effervescence and freshness coat the roof of the mouth and generate an airy feeling. This lightness combined with the spidery structure of the wine gives us a texture suggesting lace. The flavours of strawberries with cream and biscuits accompany us to the finale. The finish is long, pure and lively. It prolongs the pleasure of the mouth and ends its course on the House signature: the excellence of the acidity. |
