A daring cuvée made from a single grape variety (pinot noir) and a single terroir (Les Riceys). This rosé champagne is the result of a short maceration process which gives it a unique style. Sourire de Reims Rosé is aged for almost ten years in the cellars and then for six months to a year after disgorgement.

| Tasting | To the eye, this champagne is salmon pink in colour. The nose is characterised by powerful notes of ripe red berries (blackcurrant, redcurrant). In a second phase, more spicy aromas appear. On the palate, the Pinot Noir expresses itself marvellously, a powerful but supple wine at the same time. Ideal champagne with a piece of beef. |
