| Tasting | On the nose it gives off spicy aromas and fresh red fruits. On the palate, the chalk of Aÿ lands on the tip of the tongue and mingles with the notes of red fruit, tangerine and smoked meat typical of this vinification. Its salinity and beautiful bitters make it a great Champagne rosé. To be enjoyed with spicy oriental dishes or a nice matured charcuterie. |
