Champagne HENRIET BAZIN Blanc de Noirs Brut
A plot-based wine from the “Sente au Beurre”, located on the hillside of the Ardre Valley. A soil composed of pebbles and silts on a limestone subsoil. The chalk brings delicacy and elegance to this grape variety which is rare and reinvents Pinot Meunier.
100% Pinot Meunier
The nose is open and expressive with notes of candied fruit and apple jelly. The palate is aromatic, with elegant quince and strawberry flavours. This nice volume in the mouth is counterbalanced by a fresh, floral and mineral finish. Surprising! To be drunk on any occasion and to accompany a haddock puff pastry for example.
