The Brut Souverain Champagne embodies the chiselled style, defined by the softness, delicacy and elegance of the House of Henriot. Created from a blend of 30% of the House’s reserve wines. Aged for 3 years on lees and 8 months on laths, 2/3 of this cuvée comes from Grands Crus and Premiers Crus terroirs.

| Tasting | This wine exudes a magnificent vivacity. Citrus notes followed by floral bouquets, vine and elderflower. To finish, greedy and brioche aromas, the facetiousness of a slightly toasted bread and roasted almond. The palate is balanced and harmonious, with notes of brioche, combined with the crunch of burlat cherry and the solitude of white peach.
