Very expressive nose, both compote and iodine, more roasted when aired. The bubbles are knotted and fleeting, carrying accents of white chocolate and forming a silky, long texture. It is a wine that has the taste and behaviour of the passing of time, but which still impresses by its uprightness. A great Champagne to be savoured peacefully.
