Winegrower in the Saint Thierry massif at the gates of Reims Damien Goulard is a talented young winegrower. Environmentally friendly viticulture and vinification at the rhythm of the wine. This cuvée has been vinified for 70% in oak barrels and has benefited from 7 years of ageing on lees. It’s wonderful to taste.
