The Club Trésors is the first association of winegrowers in Champagne, advocating a very qualitative approach to winegrowing. Each cuvée undergoes 2 blind tastings (in clear wine before bottling and after 3 years of ageing in bottle), examined by a passionate and experienced jury of oenologists and winemakers.

| Tasting | The first floral notes reveal a delicate champagne revealing the great finesse and delicacy of this Special Club cuvée. The attack in the mouth is fresh and powerful. It is impregnated with a smooth and velvety effervescence. The finish is well lifted by acidity and aromas of fresh citrus, bergamot and pineapple. The balance plays on the creamy sweetness of the wine, well refreshed by the tangy fruit. With its finesse and complexity, this cuvée calls for refinement in the search for alliances. The grilled lobster with its fine winged butter will allow to savour and reveal a new dimension of this champagne. |
