Description
This rare blanc de blancs parcel champagne comes from a plot of vines planted in 1962 on a surface of 1.30 hectares located in Avize at the bottom of the hillside, facing south, on a chalky soil and a chalk outcrop. Vinified and aged in oak barrels, unfiltered, disgorged late (March 2021) after 16 years on the lees.
