Description
This cuvée comes from 1 hectare 35 of Pinot noir planted in 1993 and flourishing at the bottom of the slopes in Dizy 1er Cru. The vineyard, facing east, benefits from ideal conditions, taking root on a limestone soil, reddish brown soil (Terre Rouge) resting on chalky silts with a deep and not very stony soil. The wine is vinified in tuns and is not filtered.
