Description
Maxence and Cyril Janisson, two passionate brothers, the fifth generation of winemakers, and their team work in communion to reveal their unique terroir. Produced exclusively from their Epernay vineyard, cultivated without weedkillers or insecticides; harvested at optimum maturity, this cuvée is vinified with 30% reserve wine aged in barrels. The Non Dosé is aged for 4 to 5 years on lees. This cuvée is ample and harmonious with white and yellow fruits marking a persistent bouquet.

| Tasting | A nose that from the outset provides beautiful aromatic sensations with a fine, mineral touch. Flavours of brioche, honey butter and gingerbread play with tension and minerality. On the palate the balance is magnificent with a winey, fresh, lively and ultra aromatic Champagne. The reserve wines matured in barrels play their role perfectly by adding toasty, honeyed and spicy flavours to the buttery, brioche-like aromas. The finish is very long with a lingering aroma of grapefruit zest. An ideal Champagne as an aperitif, but it will also be perfect with lobster or even cheese such as Beaufort or Parmesan. |
