Maxence and Cyril Janisson, two passionate brothers, the fifth generation of winemakers, and their team work in communion to reveal their unique terroir. Produced exclusively from their Epernay vineyard, cultivated without weedkillers or insecticides; harvested at optimum maturity, this cuvée is vinified with 30% reserve wine aged in barrels. You will be seduced by its subtle aromas with light woody touches.

| Tasting | The nose is very aromatic and reveals a beautiful vinosity combined with nice fruity aromas (strawberry, raspberry, apple), butter and warm brioche. A slight woody touch evokes a toasted side. The palate is very well balanced between freshness and vinosity. The aromas of the nose are well represented with fruity, brioche and toasted flavours in a very elegant ensemble. It is a very nice aperitif wine that will put everyone in agreement or that will accompany your starters like a seafood puff pastry. |
