Tasting | The generous nose mixes cooked and candied fruits with empyreumatic, brioche and creamy notes. The whole reminds us of the nose of great Burgundy wines. The palate is elegant, dense and powerful at the same time, with excellent freshness. The complex and greedy side continues in a palate that is at the same time ample, round and fresh. There is a multitude of aromas ranging from citrus (lemon) to cooked and candied fruits (apple, pear), pastry aromas (butter, cream) and roasted and toasted notes (almond, coffee, toast). A very long, fresh and aromatic finish that lasts, that lasts… To be enjoyed on its own for the aromatic pleasure or will make a fine pairing with a mushroom risotto. |
