Description
This is a mature Champagne, made from a blend including one third reserve wines. The Pinot Noir gives it power, tempered by the roundness of the Pinot Meunier, while the Chardonnay gives it freshness. It is through the 15 to 20% of old vines that we find, in this cuvée, the originality of the house.
