In addition to its power, the nose immediately gives off an explosion of red fruit flavours (strawberry, raspberry, cherry). Well-balanced on the palate with a winey side (blanc de noirs) but very greedy with always these very pretty aromas of red fruits. Admittedly it's soft (half dry really) but it's not heavy. A very nice fruity and vinous length concludes the mouth. As an aperitif, gentlemen, it will be perfect with a fruity dessert (with pink biscuits to be perfect!) or one of the rare Champagnes that goes well with chocolate
